Fiberglass texturized cloth is woven by glass continuous texturized yarns in accordance with different requirements of density, thickness, structure, weave type and application, etc.
Because of stuffy yarns, the fabrics possess low density, low shrink, high strength, high temperature resistance, non-deformation, high coverage and insulation, and it’s widely used in the fields of filtration, air purification,industrial insulation, fire protection, composite coating, etc. More excellent performance will be obtained after being braided with copper wire, nickel wire or stainless steel wire.
The texturising process is key as it gives high temperature fabrics excellent thermal insulation capabilities, making them an excellent choice for applications that require thermal insulation or protection against heat and fire.
Due to the fluffy yarn and good air permeability, it can improve the filtration efficiency and reduce the filtration resistance, and the dust removal efficiency is higher, which can reach more than 99.5%.

We provide PAG and aluminum axial fan for HVAC, engineering equipment...We have different blades, hubs to satisfy customers’ specific needs.
A: Yes, We usually discuss with customers and help them find solutions.
A: Usually a sample will be prepared within one week after specification agreed.
A: Usually around 2-3 weeks after order confirmed. Exact delivery time depends on order quantity and Off-season/ busy season.
A: Offer TDS of each lot of production for confirmation before delivery.Once you have any quality problem, you can provide samples /pictures test data With our quality tracking system, we will give you feedback in short time. If the quality problem confirmed,we will send you replacement or make refund as you like.
