Introduction:
PVB interlayer film is a polymer material made from polyvinyl butyral and plasticizer through plasticization, formed by pressuring with other additives. Characterized by transparency, resistance to heat, cold and humidity, and high mechanical strength, it is particularly suitable to be used as bonding material for inorganic glass, for laminated safety glass production.
Safety glass is composed of two or more pieces of glass with PVB interlayer film in between by heating and high pressure. The laminated glass has special properties such as anti-penetration, sound proof, thermal insulation, anti-UV rays, resistance to heat and cold. In addition, the reflection coefficient of PVB interlayer film is very close to that of glass itself. So the laminated glass remains the same purity and transparency as ordinary glass.
